We email you 3 days before your trial ends, with what your card did so far, the day and the amount. To keep your plan, you do nothing.
In your dashboard, any time before day 14. Choose Basic and it starts on day 14; until then you keep Pro. Cancel and you pay nothing for the plan; your card pauses when the trial ends.
In your dashboard under Subscription: one button takes you to Stripe's secure portal, where you cancel. No phone call, no email needed.
Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for. Then your card pauses and nothing more is charged. Download your contacts before then.
A card, a designer and the other options are never pre-ticked. You add them yourself, and you see each one on the receipt before you pay.
Ordered as a consumer in the EU or the UK? You can withdraw within 14 days of your order, with one button in your dashboard. With a free trial these are the same 14 days: no new period starts when it turns paid. We refund within 14 days, less a proportional part for work already done.
We set the price per currency ourselves, for eleven currencies. So you see a round local amount, never a converted price with odd decimals.

Yes. Monthly billing stops at the end of the month, yearly billing at the end of the year.
Yes. Between Basic and Pro you switch in your dashboard. Move up and Pro's perks are on at once; the difference goes on your next invoice. Move back and the perks stop, while your design and the labels on your contacts stay. During the free trial, a switch to Basic starts on day 14. A designer or an NFC card is a separate option. Moving to Teams is something we set up with you.

You pay for the seats you chose when you ordered, yourself included. While a seat is free, you add a new colleague in the team dashboard: they get a card in the team brand and an email to sign in. When someone leaves, you remove them: their access stops, their card pauses and stays with the team along with its contacts, and the seat is free for a new colleague. Yes, in the heresmine app: one card in one language, free and with no end date, with a small ‘Made with heresmine’ line at the bottom. Contacts, QR code, Wallet pass and the widget work as on Basic. A plan adds your card built from your website and checked by a person, more languages, the perks, NFC cards and teams, on the same card with the same link. Paid or free: no credits and no fee per contact.
No. Your card is digital: a link, a QR code, your lock screen and a Wallet pass. An NFC card is an option on every plan, in PVC, metal or gold, sent with tracking.
Yes. Resume your subscription in your dashboard and the same card comes back on the same link, QR code and NFC card, with its contacts and statistics. It's paid from the first day: the free trial is once per customer. We delete a paused card six months after the pause.
Make your digital card in the heresmine app, free and with no end date: one card in one language, with ‘Made with heresmine’ under it. Contacts, QR code, Wallet pass and the widget are in. When you want more, a plan goes on the same card, with the same link.
