We take your brand from your website, and a person checks it. With the team design, we pin it down together at a kick-off.

Someone joins or leaves the team?
You pay for the seats you chose when you ordered, yourself included. While a seat is free, you add a new colleague in the team dashboard: they get a card in the team brand and an email to sign in. When someone leaves, you remove them: their access stops, their card pauses and stays with the team along with its contacts, and the seat is free for a new colleague. An extra seat costs the same as the others: the price per person. Need more seats? Send us a message.
Can colleagues change their own card?
Their name, photo and details, yes. With a fixed brand, only you and the other admins change colours, typefaces and logo.
Do we need the team design?
No. Without it, every card is built from your website in your brand and checked by a person. With the team design and kick-off, we pin down your brand together and a designer finishes the team card.
How fast is the team live?
Your own card is live as soon as you've ordered, and your 14 free days start then. You add your colleagues in the team dashboard whenever you like, and we check each new card within one working day. With the team design, a designer finishes it within three working days of the kick-off, or within one with express.
Does the whole team get 14 days free?
Yes. Teams starts with 14 days free for every seat you order, once per customer. You add a payment method at checkout; options such as the team design or NFC cards are paid when you order. We email you 3 days before the first payment, and if you cancel before day 14 you pay nothing for the plan. See the free trial in our terms.
Where do new contacts go?
To the team's contacts in the dashboard. You can also send each new one straight into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Zoho CRM, into another CRM through Zapier or Make, or to a shared email address. They stay with the company, also when a colleague leaves.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes, for the company card it's included with Teams: the card of whoever orders, on e.g. card.yourcompany.com; colleagues are on heresmine.app. Once your DNS record is in place, we switch it on within one working day. QR codes and NFC cards keep pointing to the normal link, which always works.
Who pays, and how?
One subscription for the whole team, in the name of whoever ordered: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The plan's first payment comes after the 14 free days.
